PIGS ON A WING

Pit Master Kurt Satzinger's father and all of his brothers owned traditional NY delis, and he learned what good food and good service is from them.  His mom was  always fooling around with traditional recipes, always having her own twist or style.  Kurt's wife Shonte has also grown up in the hospitality industry for the past 20 years.  Her family has lived here for over 60 years working in diners and restaurants all over the island.  So after 15 years in the music business, this is their take on NY Comfort BBQ.  A mix of my Grandma's traditional deli recipes and years of sitting on the couch watching Food Network. Haha!! Enjoy!!

We offer take out and delivery service (Lindenhurst, Copiague, Amityville, Babylon, and West Babylon) daily during all business hours.  Please make sure to keep an eye out for specials, as we are always trying new things!! And folks we are not a major restaurant chain, and we prepare and cook as much food fresh and to order as possible so please be patient when ordering, we are always trying our best!!
